Refund policy

Return eligibility and timeframes vary by product and brand, and some products are not eligible for return. We strongly encourage customers to review the “Shipping & Returns” section on each product page for details before purchasing or requesting a return.

• Returns are accepted on eligible products within 14 days of delivery and only with advance written authorization from Backyard Charm Boutique. No unauthorized returns will be accepted. 

• Ceramic, Fiberstone, Fiberglass, and Cast Stone planters are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. 

• Returns or exchanges are not accepted on any Made-to-Order or Custom products. This includes planters with added drainage holes, stained-to-order Cast Stone or GFRC items, and custom-fabricated items. 

• Returns must be unused in the original box with all packaging materials. Returned items must be received in new, resellable condition with no damage or missing parts. Any refunds or credit issued for returns may be adjusted if the received product(s) are not deemed to be in good condition upon inspection.

• Customer is responsible for paying the cost of return shipping & may be subject to a restocking fee up to 30%.

• Backyard Charm is not responsible for any damages or losses incurred during return shipping. Customer is responsible for insuring the return shipment with the carrier & filing a claim with the carrier if any damage/loss occurs.

• Refunds: Refunds for authorized returns may be issued as either store credit or to the original payment method, depending on the product(s) being returned. Please note that accepted returns may be subject to up to a 30% restocking fee. 

• Exchanges: Backyard Charm Boutique does not offer direct exchanges on returned products.
