Where do you ship?
We ship across the continental United States from our home base in Palm Beach County, Florida. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. Once shipped, transit time typically ranges from 3–7 days depending on your location. If a product requires extra handling time, we’ll notify you right away.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Do you offer express shipping?
We currently offer standard shipping only, but feel free to reach out if you’re in a rush—we’ll do our best to help!

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are securely encrypted.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns on most items within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unused and in original packaging.
Please note: Custom and clearance items are final sale.
How do I start a return?

Do you offer exchanges?
Yes! If the item is in stock, we’re happy to arrange an exchange. Just reach out and let us know what you need.
🌞 Product Info & Care
Are your products weatherproof?
Most of our items are designed for outdoor use and can withstand normal weather conditions. However, we recommend bringing delicate or ceramic pieces indoors during extreme weather or freezing temperatures.
How do I care for my fountain or decor pieces?
Use a soft cloth and mild soap to gently clean surfaces. Fountains should be kept filled with clean water and placed on a level surface. Avoid harsh cleaners or pressure washers.
Do items come fully assembled?
Smaller items arrive ready to enjoy. Some larger pieces—like fountains—may require minimal assembly. If tools or instructions are needed, we’ll include them.
🛍️ Shopping & Gifting
Can I send an order as a gift?
Absolutely! You can add a gift note during checkout. For special gift wrapping or bundles, just leave us a note—we’ll do our best to make it lovely.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! Digital gift cards are available in a range of amounts. They make a great last-minute or “just because” gift.

Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! We offer free local pickup in West Palm Beach, Florida. Just choose “Local Pickup” at checkout and we’ll contact you to schedule a time.
Do you offer in-person help with styling or placement?
Yes! Our parent company, Universal Landscape, Inc., offers full-service design and outdoor styling. If you’d like help placing your fountain, styling your patio, or choosing the right decor for your yard, just mention it in your message.
